1. Corporate Governance & Ownership Custody

Commatecs operates as the specialized software engineering wing exclusively owned and directed by United Hawks Group (UHG) — officially registered as UH For Business Solutions & Qualitative Technology LLP. All legal engagements, systemic deployments, and institutional contracts executed by Commatecs represent binding commitments overseen by UHG corporate executive custody.

2. Operational Integrity & SLA Standards

Commatecs engineers software for high-concurrency environments, financial market matching, and sovereign enterprise workflows. We maintain strict uptime standards and high-availability thresholds, operating under mission-critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) designed to guarantee uninterrupted business continuity for all partner institutions.

3. Acceptable Use & Strict Conduct

Access to Commatecs portals, software architectures, or client staging environments is strictly conditioned on lawful corporate conduct. Users and entities agree not to:

Deploy automated scraping tools, denial-of-service vectors, or memory fuzzing scripts against our infrastructure.
Attempt unauthorized access, penetration testing, or reverse compilation of core binaries without explicit authorization.
Misrepresent affiliation, impersonate Commatecs personnel, or clone visual branding frameworks.

4. Scope of Licensing & Source Code Custody

Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in an executed sovereign contracting deed, all software licenses delivered by Commatecs represent a non-exclusive, non-transferable operational license. Underlying architectural patterns, algorithms, framework components, and proprietary operating environments (including ClopyDesk O.S) remain the sole intellectual property of United Hawks Group.

5. Authorized Global Agent Network

To protect businesses from commercial exploitation and substandard software practices, Commatecs manages client engagements directly or through contractually certified, accredited international representatives. Commercial arrangements negotiated outside these verified channels are null and void.

6. Limitation of Liability & Extraordinary Events

While Commatecs implements exhaustive defensive programming, fault-tolerant replication, and high-security protocols, neither Commatecs nor United Hawks Group shall be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from upstream global telecommunications blackouts, state-sponsored cyber warfare, or catastrophic hardware infrastructure events beyond reasonable architectural control.
